My unique search tool helps Buyers in two ways:
- It gives you the capability to search on every individual feature of a home. If you only want to see homes that have walkout basements, not a problem. How about a gas fireplace or paved driveway?
- My system uses the concept of a “Listing Cart” which is much like a Shopping Cart. Your search criteria get homes into your Listing Cart, you decide from there to delete it, rate it, ask questions about it, and request see it. Within minutes of a new property coming on the market, having a price change, or no longer available, you are notified by email.
