VeraniCARES & Family Promise 2025 Scholarship Award

At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, giving back has always been at the heart of what we do. Since launching VeraniCARES in 2016, we’ve raised over $500,000, donated more than $400,000 back into our communities, and supported over 50 local organizations across northern New England.

Verani Realty has been a proud sponsor of Family Promise for over 5 years! Throughout this partnership, we’ve provided monetary donations, volunteered our time, hosted coat drives, and established the VeraniCARES Scholarship Foundation — a program created to open educational and professional doors for parents and teens supported by Family Promise.

This year, at the Major Gifts Event hosted by Family Promise, we were proud to shine a light on the incredible impact of community partnerships and had the honor to present the 2025 VeraniCARES Scholarship to Heather Wilcott. Heather is a dedicated mother working hard to build a better life for her family. Her resilience, drive, and optimism reflect exactly why this scholarship exists.

For us, this work is personal. From Verani Realty agents who serve as volunteers, to team members like Family Promise’s own Marc Siragusa—who got his start in real estate under Giovanni’s guidance—the connection between our organizations runs deep.
