Our Response to Covid-19: Guidance and Information

Now more than ever, we are dedicated to maintaining the safety and well-being of our agents and clients while continuing to serve all of your real estate needs. We have taken the necessary steps to implement various safety protocols so we can continue to support you in your real estate endeavors. Our agents and staff are readily available by phone, email, and video conferencing platforms to provide the same high level of service you’ve come to expect. 

Our agents are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to safely conduct business and to ensure everyone’s health and wellness. This includes comprehensive safety protocols regarding marketing consultations, open houses, showings, and closings, both in person and through virtual platforms. Our agents and staff are fully committed to guiding you through these difficult times and will be happy to accommodate any additional safety concerns and measures our clients find necessary. In-Office Meetings

When meeting clients, our agents have been instructed to follow social distancing guidelines, wear protective face coverings, and limit interactions to as few people at a time as possible. It's recommended that only decision makers in the transaction meet with agents in person. Staff have been instructed to wipe down high traffic areas following any activity.

Marketing or Buying Consultations

We are prepared to utilize our video conferencing technology to deliver in-home presentations featuring the Verani Home Marketing System or Verani Home Buying System to present the same great marketing and buying proposals remotely.

Home Showings

Using either video conferencing or a variety of video chat platforms, our agents are able to take customers on a live virtual walkthrough of a home. In-person showings are still available however, for the well-being of you and our agents, it will follow our safety protocols. 

Open Houses

Our Verani Home Marketing System features a digital marketing strategy that identifies the right buyer for your home and yields the strongest offer. This, combined with our ability to host virtual open houses through various platforms and video services, reduces the dependency on in-person open houses. Open houses can still be conducted however, for the well-being of you and our agents, it will follow our safety protocols.
