Julie Krupa to also join division as new Relocation Assistant

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) has named Susan Post its new Relocation Director, and Julie Krupa as its new Relocation Assistant. Both Post and Krupa have extensive real estate experience, having worked at Verani in other capacities for a number of years.

In her new role, Post will be responsible for growing the relocation services division of Verani and educating relocation-certified agents on how to provide high-quality services to Verani’s corporate clients. Krupa will be assisting with all aspects of Verani’s relocation services.

Verani has a full-service Relocation and Referral department, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is an approved service provider for over a dozen top national relocation management companies. Corporate clients choose from a menu of support services that are customized to suit their needs and can help employees settle more quickly in a new area.

“Susan’s extensive experience in real estate, as well as her long tenure here at Verani, made her a clear choice to lead our Relocation Services division,” said Margherita Verani, CEO of Verani. “She and Julie are going to provide our corporate clients and individuals with the expert guidance they need to make their relocations a smooth process.”

Post has been active in the real estate business for over 30 years, and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995. She originally began her career as a licensed real estate agent and an assistant at Dowling Associates, which was later acquired by Verani. As an agent she specialized in real estate owned (REO) properties and the Derry and Londonderry areas. During her time at Verani she has worked heavily with relocation services and assisted the CEO and the President.

Krupa is a licensed real estate agent serving buyers and sellers in Southern New Hampshire, and has experience with assisting clients with relocations and placements. She previously was a Customer Accounts Manager with Verani, assisting with matching potential customers and clients with available agents.
