Verani Realty Names Kevin Tengan Vice President of Marketing

Londonderry, NH – 12.16.2019 - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty has promoted Kevin Tengan to Vice President of Marketing. In addition to overseeing all aspects of the company's marketing efforts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont, Tengan will be helping to provide long-term strategic vision, drive business innovation and growth, and develop tactics to navigate the rapidly changing real estate industry.

Tengan has more than 25 years of experience in digital media and technology development. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, an e-PRO® instructor, an RPAC Major Investor, and serving on the New England Region Residential Real Estate Council leadership team. Tengan has been invited to speak on digital marketing strategies at the National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference (2017, 2018, 2019), the CRS national Sell-a-bration conference (2017, 2018, 2019), and several states' REALTOR® association conferences.

Prior to his career in real estate, Tengan worked on advancing technologies in digital filmmaking for Academy Award® winning visual effects studios in Hollywood, working on such films as The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
